Home / Ductwork & airflow

Auburn · Opelika · Phenix City · Smiths Station

When one room is always hot, it usually isn't the unit outside.

You can put a brand new system on bad ductwork and still have an uncomfortable house. Airflow is where a lot of comfort problems actually live — and where a lot of money quietly leaks out.

Airflow diagnosis included in the $119 service call.

Questions we get

Ductwork questions, answered straight.

Can you fix one hot room without replacing everything?

Often, yes. Sometimes it's a damper, a crushed run, or a disconnected boot in the attic. We measure first and tell you the smallest thing that will actually fix it.

How do I know if my ducts are leaking?

Measurable signs: high static pressure, a temperature split that doesn't match spec, dust that returns fast, and rooms that never balance. We take those readings on the visit.

Is it worth replacing ductwork with a new system?

Sometimes it's essential — installing new equipment on undersized ducts is how a good system ends up performing badly. We'll tell you honestly whether yours needs it.

Do you seal ducts or just replace them?

Both, depending on what the ducts need. Sealing an otherwise sound system is far cheaper than replacing it, and we'd rather do the cheaper thing that works.
