Before that work became a business, he spent eight years as an infantryman in the Alabama Army National Guard. Multiple awards, schools completed alongside Special Forces units, honorable discharge. That's where the standard came from: show up prepared, do it right the first time, leave it better than you found it.

$119, quoted when you book so there's no surprise at the door. It comes off your bill on any repair over $600.
Do you really answer at 2am?
Yes. Someone takes your call and books you any hour of the day. You'll get a confirmation and a callback time rather than an empty voicemail.
Will you pressure me into a new system?
No. Nobody at Monarch is paid commission to close you. If a repair is the right call, that's what we'll tell you — and you'll see both sets of numbers either way.
What if the repair doesn't hold?

Can I finance a replacement?
