How fast can you get here?
Call and we'll tell you honestly. In peak summer we run full days, but we hold slots for no-cooling calls and Wings+ Club members get priority. You'll get an arrival window, and if it moves you'll hear from us before it closes.
Is the $119 refundable if I don't do the repair?
No, but it's not wasted either. It pays for the diagnostic and you keep the written findings and the photos, whether you hire us or not. If you approve a repair over $600, the $119 comes off the total.
Should I repair it or replace it?
Depends on the age, the failed part, and the refrigerant it runs on. If replacement is genuinely worth weighing, we show you both options with real numbers and no clock on the decision. Nobody here is paid to close you.
Do you work on any brand?
Yes. Rheem, Goodman, Trane, Carrier, Lennox, York, Amana and the rest. Michael's held an active EPA Universal certification and NATE certification for heat pumps and has been in HVAC since he was sixteen.
