All roles are residential HVAC across Auburn, Opelika, Phenix City, Smiths Station, Lee County and Russell County.
Service Technician
Diagnose and repair residential systems, and be the face of Monarch in the customer's home.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair heat pumps, split systems and gas furnaces
- Run maintenance tune-ups and inspections
- Explain findings and options to homeowners plainly and honestly
- Document work, photos and readings in our field software
What you'll need
- EPA 608 certification
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- NATE certification is a plus

Install replacement systems to the standard you'd want in your own house.
What you'll do
- Install and replace split systems, heat pumps and furnaces
- Set equipment, run line sets, braze, pressure test and evacuate
- Commission systems and verify charge and airflow
- Leave the jobsite clean and walk the homeowner through the new system
What you'll need
- EPA 608 certification
- Residential HVAC install experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces and on ladders

What you'll do
- Assist service and install techs on residential jobs
- Load trucks, stage materials and keep jobsites clean
- Learn diagnostics, installation and safety procedures
- Work toward your EPA 608 certification
What you'll need
- No HVAC experience required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable, on time and willing to learn
- Able to work in heat, cold, attics and crawlspaces
