Official Rules — Monarch Air Free HVAC System Giveaway
- No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
- Sponsor: Monarch Air LLC, Phenix City, Alabama. Alabama HVAC Contractor License #2024071.
- Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 19 years or older who own and occupy a single-family home in Lee County or Russell County, Alabama, with an existing central heating and/or cooling system that is 10 years old or older at the time of entry. Employees of Monarch Air LLC and their immediate households are not eligible.
- Entry period: Begins upon publication of this page and ends December 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. One entry per household. Duplicate or automated entries will be removed.
- How to enter: Complete the entry form at callmonarchair.com/giveaway. Providing consent to receive marketing texts or emails is optional and is not required to enter or win.
- Winner selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about December 20, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Notification & verification: The winner will be contacted by phone and email. Before installation, a Monarch Air technician will verify the age of the existing system. If the system is under 10 years old, the entrant is ineligible and an alternate winner will be drawn. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner will be drawn.
- Prize: One residential split-system heating and cooling system (up to 4 tons) including standard installation labor, sized by Monarch Air for the winner's home. Approximate retail value: $14,500. Prize does not include ductwork replacement, electrical service upgrades, permits beyond standard, structural modifications, or removal of non-standard equipment. No cash alternative; prize is not transferable. Installation to be scheduled by mutual agreement within 90 days of the drawing. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Publicity: By entering, the winner agrees that Monarch Air may photograph and publish the installation and the winner's first name and city for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
- General: Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes is fraudulent or in violation of these rules. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
